2008 IRS Form 990 will be completed and filed by April 1, 2009 as required by the Internal Revenue Service.  BSYF reserves the right to file for an extension of deadline with the Internal Revenue Service.

BSYF has received a number of inquiries regarding the costs and expenses associated with running the league, and in an effort to keep our participants informed and involved, we are posting these numbers here for review.  Although the IRS requires us to publish only our 990 form, we have elected to post all financial statements, as well as various other documents pertaining to the operation of Barry Stokes Youth Football. 

NOTE:  Barry Stokes Youth Football is an IRS 501 (c)(3) organization, and has no affiliation with the Barry Stokes Foundation, nor with Barry Stokes.  Barry Stokes has no personal stake in Barry Stokes Youth Football, is not a finanicial contributior, and recieves no financial benefit of any kind from Barry Stokes Youth Football.
